Product Description:

The Makita UC025G is a powerful cordless chainsaw characterised by its compact design and high efficiency. Equipped with a 40 V max battery and a 35 cm bar length, it offers an outstanding cutting speed of 25.5 m/s, whilst weighing just 5.4 kg including the BL4050F battery. The chainsaw features a captive nut for tension adjustment and an adjustable automatic chain lubrication system, which, together with a large oil tank, ensures continuous lubrication. Key features of the UC025G include the ergonomically shaped, rubberised handle and eXtreme Protection Technology (XPT), which protects the saw against dust and water in harsh conditions. A large oil filler opening with a sight glass makes it easy to check the oil level. Safety is enhanced by a main switch with an automatic shut-off function and a safety lock lever on the trigger, which prevents accidental start-up and extends the automatic shut-off time to 5 minutes. This chainsaw is comparable in performance to a 35cc petrol chainsaw and offers outstanding acceleration, making it ideal for limbing. Should the tool jam under heavy load, the restart function allows work to resume quickly. In addition, a clearly visible felling line improves precision when felling trees. Thanks to its XPT certification (IPX4), the saw is ideally equipped for use in wet and harsh conditions. For maximum performance, the ‘High-Output’ BL4040F and BL4050F batteries are recommended, whilst the use of BL4080, BL4025 and BL4020 batteries is not recommended for this model.
